What are the 5 stages of burnout?
After a prolonged period of stress, your emotions may reach their peak. Some may say it’s a crushing feeling of being overwhelmed, drained or devoid of emotions, empty. It’s loud and terribly quiet at the same time.
Sometimes you may feel quite cynical towards others and the environment. Sometimes you may feel like you can’t do anything. You may feel like you have no ideas, no hope and no energy left in your body.
That sounds like a burn out. Take a second to acknowledge that feeling, take a breath, take a break.
Here are some resources that may help you with that.
